Purpose: To perform the mathematical calculations required to generate your Audit Packet.

Collected: Records of products purchased ($79 Audit Packet) and payment status.

Purpose: To manage orders and process refunds.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

• To present our Website and its contents to you.
• To generate your personalized Wage Audit Packet and Demand Letters.
• To process your payment via Stripe (our third-party payment processor).
• To send you the download link for your purchased documents, and to send transactional reminders regarding incomplete audits or expiring data sessions.
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.

4. DATA RETENTION (THE "SAFETY SWITCH")

We take a strict approach to data minimization to protect your privacy:

Calculation Data: Detailed employment data (hours, specific violations, calculated totals) is automatically deleted from our active database 30 days after generation. We do not retain a permanent record of your specific wage violations.

Transaction Data: We retain your email address and payment confirmation log (via Stripe) for 7 years solely for tax, accounting, and refund processing purposes.

5. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We assume you are using this tool because you have a dispute with an employer; we will never share your data with your employer or data brokers.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users (e.g., "500 users checked wages in California") without restriction, provided it does not identify any individual.

We disclose personal information only to:

• Service Providers: To contractors and service providers we use to support our business (specifically Stripe for payments and Replit for hosting), who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential.
